Day 14 - No rest for the wicked... Legs and Back, Ab Ripper, etc...

So instead of taking a break today, I decided to play catch up and do Legs and Back, and maybe Yoga or something else instead of Kenpo, as that doesn't seem to have the intensity that I'm looking for.

My Numbers... Last weeks/ This weeks
1- Balance Lunge 23/20 (15lb.) / 21 (25lb.)
2- Calf Raise Squat 25 (15 lb.) / 25 (15lb.)
3- Reverse Grip Chin Up 19 (bands) / 20 (bands)
4- Super Skater 25
5- Wall Squat
6- Wide Front Pull Up 27 (bands) / 30 (bands)
7- Step Back Lunge 15 (15 lb.) / 15 (25lb.)
8- Alternating Side Lunge 24 (15 lb.) / 21 (15 lb.)
9- Closed Grip Overhand Pull Up 20 (bands) / 22 (bands)
10- Single Leg Wall Squat
11- Deadlift Squat
12- Switch Grip Pull Up 22 (Bands) / 20 (bands)

13- Three Way Lunge With Two Kick Option
14- Sneaky Lunge (Was able to keep my heels all the way off of the floor this time!)
15- Reverse Grip Chin Up 22 (bands) / 24 (Bands)
16- Chair Salutations
17- Toe Roll Iso Lunge 20 (15lb.) / 20 (15 lb.)
18- Wide Front Pull Up 24 (bands) / 24 (bands)
19- Groucho Walk
20- Calf Raises 25 (15 lb.) / 25 (15lb.)

23 Switch Grip Pull Up 41 (Bands) / 33 (bands)

So, in some areas I saw improvement, but not in all of them. However, in Ab Ripper X I was able to do most of the situps (23) for the first time ever, but damn, trying to do the Fifer Scissors afterwords killed me, LOL.

Anyways, I hope the rest of you are seeing improvement as well, and are having a good Sunday.
