Don't laugh...lol... for me, this is a huge (no pun intended) improvement...i was 285 two years ago.
Body Fat Percentage = 39.0
Weight = 234
Chest = 46
Waist = 45
Hips = 45.5
Right Thigh = 25.5
Left Thigh = 25.75
Right Arm = 15
Left Arm = 14.5
Fit Test Results
Resting Heart Rate = 55
Pullups = N/A (no place to do them )
Veritcal Leap = N/A
Pushups = 15
Toe Touch = 0
Wall Squat = Time 1:01 Weight 234
Bicep Curls = 20 Weight 25
In & Outs = 50
What Phase Plan will you be starting with -Phase 1 / Fat Shredder - Phase 2 / Energy Booster - Phase 3 / Endurance Maximizer ?
Not following it - just working on portion control and eating healthier.
What version of the meal plan will you be doing- Portion Approach - Meal Plan Approach - Quick Option - or something else ?

What Level of Calorie will you be starting at - Level 1 / 1,800-2,399 - Level 2 / 2,400 - 2,999 - Level 3 3,000+ ?
