  1. Day 2 - Plyo

    ...Goddamn...

    If you're not ready for Plyo, it WILL kick your butt. You will be begging for mercy by the end of this workout, and sweating like no one's business by the end.

    Plyo is probably my least favorite of the P90Xercises, mainly because there is one exercise in particular which I can't really do (hot foot), the other ones I can do with varying degrees of success.

    Whew! I went through 48 oz. of water just during the workout alone, but I tell you ...

  2. Chest and Back, Day 1

    So I just got done about 10 minutes ago with Chest/ Back, and Ab Ripper. From previous tries, I have noticed an improvement in the amount of exercises I was able to do (in Ab Ripper), which makes me happy.

    Going to post this on my Facebook, so figured I'd post it here as well. Used a Gaiam resistance band for the pull-ups and chin ups, as I have no place for a chin-up bar. Next opportunity I get to use one it should be interesting to see how many I can do by that time.

    Don't laugh...lol... for me, this is a huge (no pun intended) improvement...i was 285 two years ago.

    Body Fat Percentage = 39.0
    Weight = 234
    Chest = 46
    Waist = 45
    Hips = 45.5
    Right Thigh = 25.5
    Left Thigh = 25.75
    Right Arm = 15
    Left Arm = 14.5


    Fit Test Results

    Resting Heart Rate = 55
    Pullups = N/A (no place to do them )
    Veritcal Leap = N/A
    Pushups = ...
