Week 3- Chest and Back

Phew! Okay! So, I just looked at my numbers, to see if I've progressed at all between this week and last week, and I am happy to say that I have, especially with the pushups.

This time around I used a Pro*Fit Iron Gym for most of the pushups, and I bought new Gold's Gym resistance bands today and used the "medium" resistance band to do the pull ups/ chin ups.

Hard to believe I don't do this workout for another *gasp* 5 weeks! Whatever will I do?!?
