Week 4 - Yoga

Well, just finished up my first (of two) Yoga days this week, so here is my thoughts on the program so far.
I'm feeling more flexible, and I've noticed, while swinging my legs from Downward Dog to Crescent Pose/ Warrior 1 that I've actually been able to bring it in more, which is fan-frigging-tastic! Yes, it's not exactly a BFD, but for me, when I first started, forget it.
These next couple of weeks it should also be easier for me to hold onto a schedule to do this, because I'm on break form school until the 7th, which I desperately needed.
