So here I am, back in Boston (this time, unfortunately, only as a guest), and let me tell you, first thing this morning I hit up the hotel gym for about an hour, doing some P90X goodness (some arms and back, ab ripper, yoga moves) and spending awhile on a treadmill, which, while I am doing better than expected with the cardio, clearly I have some more work to do on that front.
I've reached a point where I can definitely see some changes, specifically (I think I've mentioned this already, but it bears repeating) some definition in my arms. I feel better, look better and all around ARE better than I was in the past. I just wish I had hopped on the P90X train sooner, to be honest.
