Much Better All Around! Okay so on day 1 I had to take a 20 minute or so breather cause I was dizzy lightheaded etc. so I made it a goal of mine to finish this exercise without having to stop. Well Goal completed! But not only did I complete the goal I did better with all the exercises. What a difference 1 week makes. Okay so here we are day 7 of P90X which is a rest day or the day where you do the X Stretch dvd. So thats what I did, I rested. But I rested by taking an 8 hour shift at work. So my rest day was working 16 hours, instead of my normal work day of doing just 8. So it wasnt really a rest day. But heres my thoughts on week 1.
