P90X - Day 6 - Kenpo X Reseults

Posting this a day late, actually two days late now.
I really enjoyed Kenpo X. Probably because I used to do karate for 8 years, and only stopped cause I turned 16 and had to get a job so that I could get a car. Looking back the car could have waited as I wish I stayed in karate. So this is probably the reason why I liked Kenpo so much. I had a lot of fun and it wasn't really tiring, yea I worked up a sweat but my heart rate stayed in the 140s.
I did have a hard time doing the Star Blocks though some reason I couldn't get the patternt down correctly. This is on the list of things I can't do correctly like the crunchy frogs.
I think that if someone had trouble with plyometrics that they will have a much easier time with this kenpo x workout. As the breaks are close to the 90 second range and you could use this time to take a real breather instead of the 20 seconds that they usually give you. Maybe my heart rate wasnt going out of the 140s much because I actually took the 90 seconds and 'relaxed' I ran in place but I didnt do jumping jacks or 'jump rope'. But this is day 6, maybe on day 67 I'll take the 90 second 'breaks' and do these but I'm taking baby steps I guess you could say.
