Blah! Yea that about sums up today. Probably cause I havent been able to sleep the past 3 days, to which I've gotten a total of.. drum roll please..... 6 hours sleep. Yes 6 hours sleep in 3 days time. I dont know why just keep tossing and turning for hours. It sucks. But hopefully after todays workout Ill be able to solve the lack of sleep problem.
Anyways... Onto my results which were 'ehhh'
Standard Pushups
1- 24 started out great
2- 9 second time around couldnt even do half. Then again there was 11 exercises between the first round and second.

2- 25 with the green resistance band
Wide Fly Push Ups
1- 16 these were easier but it was just after a water break
2- 15 but did them as the 'knees version'
Closed Grip Overhand Pullups

2- 16 while doing the 'knees version'

2- 20 with 25 pound weight with both arms
Dive Bomber Pushups
1- 6
2- 7
Back Flys
1- 12 with 20 pound weight
2- 13 with 20 pound weight
So those are my results as to what I was able to do. Read the 'decline pushups second set more on this later' Well right before I was about to do those I was feeling dizzy and light headed I look down at my heart rate monitor and it was at 191. I'm going to go with thats not safe or good. Im not positve but in yesterdays fit test while doing the 2 minutes of jumping jacks I only got up to 180. So since it was at 191 and I wasnt feeling so great I paused the dvd and layed flat on my back to take a break. To be honest Im not sure how long of a break I took. Id imagine it was 20 minutes or so because numerous songs had gone by in the playlist and I dont remember hearing them. But I started up again when the sweat had stopped running down my face and body and my heart was back around the 100 mark. I finished off the few exercises and then did the ab ripper x which was a joke. A joke as in my performance cause I certainly didnt bring it to ab ripper x. It seems I may have 'brought' it to much for the first part of the dvd. I guess I need to work my way up to giving 100% cause I certainly felt really crappy earlier. It could be a mix of no sleep and finally exercising, who knows. Ill take it a little easier with tomorrow workout though. But no pain no gain is what they say right?
I feel I 'brought it' but I also had to 'bring it' twice since I had to take a break. But Tony says thats okay. Im sure others have had to take a break. That just means I have a goal the next time chest and back comes aroud and thats not only to improve on my numbers but to also finish it without having to take that break do to not feeling to great.
I can actually feel my soreness in my arms/shoulders. When I put my hands over my head I feel it, already, and I just finished about 90 minutes ago. This is going to be fun.
So there we have it day 1 complete only 89 to go!
Keep Pressing Play and Bring it!
