P90X - Day 5 - Legs and Back Review

Okay this post is a day behind since my internet was out yesterday.
Anyways Legs & Back was pretty good. What I didnt like about it right away is that they didnt have you record the reps and weights if you used them. On some of the exercises I used 10 pound weights, and others I didn't. Some exercises I was able to do the entire 20 or 25 reps whichever was needed on maybe two or three I did probably five less. For the wall squat, HA! 90 seconds my ass. I was able to do much better with the wall squat in the fit test then I was during this exercise, probably cause I was already sore and its 5 exercises into the workout and if you add in that you are changing up every 20 seconds or whatever it was.
I was able to feel 'comfortable' and 'relaxed' pretty much this entire workout as my heart rate wouldnt go any higher then the 140s and much of the time it was in the 120s. I did see it go to 157 while at the end doing the 80/20 Siebers Speed Squats though but the rest of the time. I was feeling good.
For the pullups Ive decideded to use the green bands for weeks 1-2 whenever pullups are being done, and I will use the black band in week 3. In week 5 I will switch back to the green band to see where pullups are done what type and such and then depending on that switch back to the black band for week 6 and 7. Trying to work my way up here so that I can do what I feel is a respectable number of pullups. With a goal of 20 by the end of the program, not for the wide body ones though lol. So here are my results with the pull ups sections of the exercise.

Since I'm posting this the day after the workout. I can say I am feeling very sore in my legs. This is the most soreness Ive felt so far in the 5 days so far doing the program after day 1 I was feeling sore in my back but certainly not the same amount of soreness I'm feeling at the moment. So todays workout of Kenpo X with all the kicking Im sure is going to give me a bit of trouble.
Goal for this dvd is to improve my time on the wall squats since it mixes 2 different ways in here making your legs burn that much more. Everything else I felt comfortable doing even with the 10 pound weights for some of the exercises.
