Day 10 - Shoulder & Arms, Abs

It tooks 10 days, but I finally feel like I can say I "brought it" during this workout. I increased weights by 2 - 4 pounds (using 10 and 12 lb weights as opposed to 8 lb. weights which I used the first week). Kept with higher reps (tried to average 15 reps each exercise). On a handful of exercises, I put a star next to the weight, to remind myself next time that I think I can handle more on that specific exercise. My arms and shoulders felt shot at the end - just the way they should. Abs seemed a bit easier to finish - I still felt it but it's not as much of a struggle as it was the first time.

    Congrats on upping the weight! I've been thinking about doing the same, getting 20 pounders as the 25's seem to be too much for me out of the gate, and the 15 pounders are okay, but don't seem to be enough.
