Day 8 - Chest & Back, Abs, and Swim

My goal for this workout was to increase the reps by 2 - 5 on each exercise as well as the weight by 2- 4 pounds when applicable. I felt like I worked harder than last week, but can probably work harder still.
Today was a little test, to see if I can get this workout in, then hit up my masters swim class. The answer is no. I had no top end speed for the workout and my upper body was just shot. I didn't have this problem last week because I didn't attend the swim class. So, beginning next Monday, i'm going to switch the workouts and start with Legs & Back (which would normally be Friday) and work backwards to Chest & Back (which will now be on Friday). I'm cutting the Kenpo workout on the weekend and focusing on my run and swim training instead.
Back on the wagon - diet was good today! I just need to take in a bit more calories each day - especially with adding an additional cardiovascular workout each day.
