Legs & Back, Abs - Day 5

I felt the best I have all week when I woke up this morning. The yoga routine really helped stretch me out and relieve the soreness I had been carrying around. I'm afraid that soreness will be back after this workout. Despite feeling better, my quads still felt worn. I hung with them on every exercise without pushing pause - however, almost every other set I didn't do as many reps as they did.

The abs workout was a bit better than earlier this week, where I did at least 20 of each exercise. It's my goal to do this entire workout with them with no breaks - and I hope to do this in the first 30 days. I think i'll get there.
