Week 3 - Working out while on vacation

I'm writing this from the beach house, enjoying my 5th day of vacation overlooking the ocean. The weather has been hot, sunny and humid. I haven't done P90x every day but I have done a workout of some sort every day. The P90X workouts i've done this week so far was yoga and plyometrics, which I felt like I mastered this week. It was still hard and both worked up quite a sweat - however I was able to get through the entire DVD without pausing and with a new level "expertise" so to speak. Additionally, i've woken up for early morning runs and have ventured to a local fitness club to get a swim workout in.
I knew it would be difficult to keep up my routine while at a family reunion at the beach - so i'm happy that i've been diligent at being active each day. My diet is not as good as it was the two weeks prior to coming here, but it is still relatively better than it has been on previous vacations. I'm consuming more carbs than what Phase one of the nutrition plan calls for, but I haven't consumed much "junk" food like chips and chocolates, etc. A few more days, then i'll be home and be back on the program.
