No group name, although maybe we should. Hm.. Guidelines. Report in daily and keep pressing play. If your sore give it a 7 out of 10 but keep going even if you have to take longer or more frequent breaks. Youll get better the breaks will become shorter and less frequent and youll continue to see results! Lets Bring it!
