For the Ab Ripper X workout of P90X you will need; a mat, and as always water and a towel.

Classic Program
Days 1, 3, 5 for weeks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12


Doubles Program
Days 1, 3, 5 weeks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12
Ab Ripper X will be done in the second session for the above listed days.


Lean Program
Days 3, 5 weeks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7
Days 1, 3 for weeks 9, 10, 11, 12


Do either the following rep levels per exercise unless otherwise noted
Level 1 = 15 to 20 reps
Level 2 = 20 to 25 reps
