Just curious as to the results of the first week doing P90X.
I had great results, I gained weight I assume its muscle weight because I lost body fat, increased my resting metabolism and on day 8 I was able to do more pull ups ( with bands ) and was able to do more pushups, not counting I was able to do more weight on all the exercises. I was able to do much better the second time around.
I feel a difference in strength but no noticeable different in shape or around the waist line. Those will come as I move further in the program.
So what are some of your results?
