Hey, does anyone have any tips for muscle gain? I'm a fairly average built guy, and I want Tony Horton arms, (who doesn't? lol). But sometimes, it's a bit discouraging because you see all these beautiful transformations these people do, but none of em start out with my body type! They're all like 50+ overweight; I've never been a day in my life. I just want to make massive gains, idc about weight. Keep in mind though, I'm a college student, so I need to shop on a budget haha.

Great sex the night before + 6 hour nap prior to workout X no eating while sleeping = BAD for plyo!! I was SO over it today, smh lol. I had to quit with 10 mins left; my thighs could no longer take it. I highly dissapointed myself, but I'll do better next time!
