Whew! This went a bit better than Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps did, probably because I was using weights instead of doing regular bodywork. For most of the weightlifting moves, I was using 15's instead of 25's. Ab ripper X felt good today too, lol, but I really need to do some Yoga.![]()
So, my first outing with CSB was...less than impressive. It doesn't help that for some of the wide push-ups I just don't have the room for them. I'm going to try and do some Plyo later on today, as well as Back and Biceps. It's hotter than Hell up here though, so don't quote me on that...
How is everyone else doing (hint, hint?)![]()
Well, I haven't done very much this week, lol. Did do some Yoga, but I've been working e a bit this past week (and my job consists of a lot of moving around, physical work) I've pretty much just been doing that and skipping (yes, I said it) skipping the DVD's. Will most likely be doing Yoga again today though.
P.S. Seriously, the next time I have to do Plyo, it'll be my damn birthday. That is NOT what I wanted as a birthday present, LOL![]()
Well, just finished up my first (of two) Yoga days this week, so here is my thoughts on the program so far.
I'm feeling more flexible, and I've noticed, while swinging my legs from Downward Dog to Crescent Pose/ Warrior 1 that I've actually been able to bring it in more, which is fan-frigging-tastic! Yes, it's not exactly a BFD, but for me, when I first started, forget it.
These next couple of weeks it should also be easier for me to hold onto a schedule to do this,
Yeah, I've pretty much "been dogging it" this week as Tony would probably say, mainly because I'm just finishing up one of my classes this week. Thankfully though I have the next three or so weeks off of class, so I'm liking that quite a bit.
Hopefully my pic will upload, because I have noticed some improvement but I'm too goddamn lazy at this pint to type it all out, hahahaSorry if you all have to squint a little to read it
