Hi Everyone,
I know in order to do this great program and stay consistent I have to be motivated.
I wondered what is your motivation. Mine is health and "age".
By the time I reach our 90 day goal line (although this is a permanent lifestyle choice for me),
I will be the Fabulous-Forty
I am expecting to be Super Fit, Very Healthy (extremely low risk for diabetes and heart disease), Fabulously Fine and Foxy !!!
